The Playbooks API is currently in beta and not yet available to all organizations.

Playbooks are reusable templates that standardize how your team conducts calls and meetings. Each Playbook defines a structured workflow including a name, description, optional AI summary guidance, linked Custom Fields, and linked Outcomes. When a Playbook is assigned to a Call or Meeting, the associated Custom Fields and Outcomes become available for that activity, helping your team capture consistent, structured data.

Playbooks can be archived when no longer needed and restored later. Organizations can have up to 50 active Playbooks and 100 total (active + archived).

Creating, updating, deleting, archiving, and unarchiving Playbooks requires the Manage Customizations permission.
