HTTP Response Codes

HTTP status codes returned by the Close API and what they mean.

The following HTTP codes are used in the responses:

  • 200 when the request was successful.
  • 400 when there was an issue with the request.
  • 401 when the request needs to be authenticated.
  • 402 when the request could not be completed, because a limit of your current plan was reached.
  • 403 when an operation was not allowed.
  • 404 when the URL was not found.
  • 405 when the HTTP method was not supported.
  • 415 when the request used an unsupported format.
