Scheduling Links

Scheduling Links let you create arbitrary event links that make it easy to find/insert booking links directly from Close. All the users can create User Scheduling Links. Additionally, authorized OAuth applications can create User Scheduling Links on a user's behalf using the User Scheduling Links Integration endpoints.

Users with Manage Customizations permission can also create Shared Scheduling Links for their entire team. Shared Scheduling Links create template tags that can be inserted in email templates, and they resolve to the scheduling link/URL that is mapped to the shared scheduling link for the user that is rendering the email template at the time of sending. Once a Shared Scheduling Link is created it can be mapped to a User Scheduling Link or a URL. Only users with Manage Customizations permission or the user who owns the User Scheduling Link can map a Shared Scheduling Link.
